Shipping & Delivery

All items will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is going to be any kind of extended delay we will advise promptly and offer a possible solution.
Depending on size, weight and destination orders will either be sent via Australia Post's e-Parcel system or Cope Transports courier express service.

As larger items are sent via courier we will be unable to them delivered to PO Boxes. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order, this will help to avoid redelivery charges. In many cases a work or business address is the most ideal place for delivery.
