Repairs and Warranties

When you purchase a new item from DW Music it includes either an Australian Distributor's or DW Music warranty unless otherwise specified. Most items carry a minimum warranty of 12 months. Various components such as speakers and valves are excluded from the full warranty and only covered for up to 90 days. Some 'ex-demo' and 'refurbished' items will be sold with less than original warranty.

If an item that you have purchased from us requires repair under warranty please contact us via email.
We may request an inspection of the goods prior to being repaired under warranty. We will then advise as to the best course of action to have your good repaired.
We aim to have all warranty claims dealt with as quickly as possible.

Please note that all associated freight charges will be at the cost of the customer.
