Here at DW Music we are very proud to have a website that is sycronized with our point of sale system on a daily basis. This ensures that our website is completely up to date and items are in stock and ready to ship, minimising frustrating delays.
Generally speaking, most orders receievd prior to 12:00 PM AEST will be dispatched on the same business day as the order is placed.
Orders are dispatched from our on site warehourse in Fyshwick, ACT using Startrack Express and Australia Post eParcel.
Smaller orders will be sent via Australia Post's eParcel service. This service includes tracking and requires signature on delivery.
Larger orders will be sent via Startrack Express courier. This service includes tracking and requires signature on delivery.
Deliveries take place during business hours and someone must be in attendance to accept delivery. If somone is not going to be at home to accept the delivery, you are required to provide a work or business address where the delivery will be able to be accepted. DW Music reserves the right to pass on costs to the customer for second delivery charges.
As Startrack Express is a courier service, items sent via this method are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes.
Upon dispatch you will receive tracking details for your order via email.
For your piece of mind, all shipments includes full transit insurance.
DW Music offers very reasonable shippings rates Australia wide via our two main carriers, Startrack Express & Australia Post.
Shipping costs can be easily calculated in the shopping cart by simply entering your state and postcode.
We offer heavily discounted combined shipping rates for orders consisting of multiple items.
Please note: Although our shipping calculator is very accurate sometimes shipping rates may vary due to extenuating circumstances. If for any reason the shipping cost of your order is going to vary at all we will contact you prior to proceeding.
